Continuing at 91°µÍø after High School Graduation

After you graduate from high school, you may continue at 91°µÍø as a curricular student and work toward a degree or certificate.

Because you are already a 91°µÍø student, you do not need to reapply. Your 91°µÍø ID and my91°µÍø login credentials will remain the same.

Some programs — including degrees and certificates offered at the Medical Education Campus and the Veterinary Technology Program — require a separate application process for curricular placement.

Follow the steps below to enroll in classes and complete your tuition payment.

Log in to your my91°µÍø account to manage your student information and complete required enrollment tasks as you transition from dual enrollment to enrolling after high school graduation.

In my91°µÍø, you will complete the following actions:

  1. Review your residency status
    • Your residency determines whether you are charged in-state or out-of-state tuition.
    • After graduation, you may need to update your residency information.

  2. Review any holds on your account
    • High school-related holds, such as the dual enrollment (WA9) hold or homeschool (WAG) hold, are typically removed on your anticipated high school graduation date.
    • As you prepare to graduate, you are eligible to register for the upcoming academic semester.
    • If you have additional holds on your account, review the details and work with campus Student and Enrollment Services to have the holds addressed.
    • If your hold is not removed at the time of graduation, complete Form 125-104DE or send your completed high school transcript to DualEnrollment@nvcc.edu.

Depending on the 91°µÍø coursework you completed in high school, you may need to complete the Direct Enrollment survey for math and English courses.

The survey helps identify your readiness for college-level English and math. 91°µÍø also offers a self-informed placement test to help you choose the most appropriate courses.

Before continuing at 91°µÍø, consider any AP and IB exams you have completed that may qualify for college credit.

Review the requirements and submit your official scores for degree evaluation.

High school students are automatically program-placed in the Uniform Certificate of General Studies. As you graduate from high school and continue your studies at 91°µÍø, you may add a degree or additional certificate to your account.
