For students graduating with MSE, Specialization in Semiconductor Process Engineering:
- Demonstrate an understanding of fundamental knowledge of engineering analysis (including process control in semiconductor manufacturing and semiconductor device reliability)
- Demonstrate an understanding of semiconductor physics fundamentals
- Demonstrate an understanding of the semiconductor fabrication process
