Apply to Graduate

Students must be within two semesters of satisfying degree and University requirements for their undergraduate major to be eligible to apply for graduation.

College of Science Graduation Application Instructions (All Majors)

Step 1: Review your MyProgress and edit your MyPlanner (e.g. update "Preferences", "Arrange My Plan", "Select" courses) to plan the completion of your remaining major coursework. You may attend Upper Division Drop In Advising to verify your expected graduation term with your assigned major advisor.

Step 2: Submit a Graduation Application.

Follow the Office of the Registrar's tutorial PDF instructions (start with Page 7).

All steps must be completed by the Office of the Registrar Graduation Application deadline(s).

Step 3: Enroll in appropriate course(s) as planned in your edited MyPlanner to complete degree requirements.

Step 4: Review Graduation Checklist for Undergrads for additional items to verify in your last academic year at 91°µÍø.

In your final semester at 91°µÍø, your MyProgress should not indicate any unfulfilled coursework (red squares). All requirements listed in MyProgress must be in-progress or completed in your last semester. Otherwise, there may be delays in awarding the degree. In some cases, additional documentation (equivalency or substitution forms, for example) may be required.
